HELLO!!  I am looking forward to the extensive knowledge base here on the forum!!  I purchased a new Smoke Hollow Pro Series LP Gas Smoker today and can't wait to get it set up and smoke a 13# turkey we have in the freezer.  I have been experimenting with a tube pellet smoker in our Weber gas grill with OK results.  I have had the normal problems maintaining the low, constant heat required for quality smoked meat.  I get my exercise making too many trips out to check and adjust the grill temp. This new smoker should be the ticket to quality results!!

Welcome to the forum.  The search bar at the top of the page can be your best friend here.  Have a question or a problem just search it.  You could purchase a Maverick thermometer and be able to monitor your smoker from inside.
