I just bought my first smoker, (30" digital Masterbuilt), I got the cold smoking kit to go with it also.

I live in SE Michigan and I am looking forward to trying my first smoke.

Not sure where to start, i've seen so many good looking youtube videos on smoking.

I am sure I will find a lot of good ideas hear on this site.

Welcome to the forum from Lansing GJ.  And what a great forum it is to learn the art of smoking everything.

You might start with Ribs (my fav).  The search bar above is your friend and you can find how to smoke just about anything.
