Hey everyone New here My name is Brad

My wife purchased me a Little Chief smoker for my birthday. After reading several things on this site it wasn't going to smoke the meats I am wanting to smoke. Pork butt, ribs, brisket. So I bit the bullet and told her it was the wrong one. She was trying to surprise me. Long story short I have a gen 1 Master built electric on the way. After much reading on here I found it was highly recommended for the beginner smoker like my self..

Couple questions.

What are the must haves that I need to buy to accommodate this smoker. I have read a lot about a different tray?? and a good quality thermometer??

Thanks for all your help.

You need for sure a good thermometer and I would get a AMNPS after that it is all up

to what do you want to cook and what do you want to spend.
Happy smoken.
