Hello this is my first post on this board , I have been lirking for awhile and want to say hello from the Osage Reservation. I really enjoy read all the comments and information. I am getting ready to use some of Jeff's rub on some bbrs and a large cooked ham and a big rib roast this weekend that is when we have our Christmas feast.
