New to ther smoking world

HI everyone, I am Bruce and live in Chandler, AZ I recently got a MES 30 smoker fo fathers day. I use the grill a lot but always wanted to start smoking meat. Got the smoker fo fathers day and have done one recipe for Beer can chicken. It turned out great and I am hooked. looking to do some pulled pork fo the pourth of July weekend. Glad to be on the forum and look froward to hearing advice and getting help and recipes from the rest of the members.
