Alright guys, My names Danny, where do I start. I'm from across the pond from a little city called london. I'm 30 years old and have been a professional chef for the last 10 trained in the french arts. I married a Canadian, worked in toronto for 2 years and fell in love with BBQ and smoked meats. I wanna branch out and open a BBQ shack here in london. Its getting pretty popular over here but everything seems to be over cooked, bland and with no depth of flavor. I know I could do better so thats my 5 year plan. I've started Smoking and BBQ seriously the last 6 months and have found my calling. Im a novice and the skills i need to be a master don't get taught in french culinary school so I'm sure you'll hear of lot from me with lots of questions. been to a whole bunch of rib feasts around USA and Canada and maybe love to come over and compete when my shack is up and running.
