New to the fourm but not smoking

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by hephaestus, Jun 26, 2013.

  1. I have been smoking for a few years and now its time to build a Cadillac smoker. Been doing a lot of research on here about builds. But I've been really liking the center firebox with horizontal food chamber. I got a 240 gallon tank been working on. I will be posting drawing plans tomorrow. So I'm hoping people can help me out. Thanks Brian

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. For example with rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF".

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
