Hi all, I'm Mike from Colorado, and happened to find this forum while poking around on the web for info on the Big Green Egg. I've been smoking for years, and have migrated through a number of different smokers, currently have 3 of them sitting around, with the electric box getting the most use lately. Looking forward to learning and sharing what little I know with you folks.
