New to the forum.

    Hey there,

    My name is Ben, I am 31, from East central Minnesota. I am pretty new to smoking. I have dabbled here and there in the past, but just got done re building an old Hickory-Q rotisserie, and converting it to a propane style smoker. Also I just bought a Bradley 6 rack digital smoker in case the Hickory-Q wouldn't be ready for Thanksgiving. Both smokers will be put to good use as my little brother and I have pulled the trigger, and are buying all our own meat processing equipment to start doing our own meat, and eventually maybe get even bigger into it and buy a shop. As for now it is just starting out, so I look forward to reading more about any old, new, interesting ideas, recipes, and other topics.
