Hey Everyone, I'm Michael. Been smoking on various propane fired upright water smokers for years. I've been ready to graduate to the big time for quite a while. I recently got a Lang 36" Patio with warmer box. Been experimenting a little with chicken just to practice controlling temp. I'm finding really easy so far. I'm waiting for warmer weather for a longer smoke. I'll do pork butts for that, maybe some ribs also. Anyway, looking forward to being a forum member.

Welcome aboard Mike.

Sounds like your well on your way to harmony with the Lang.  Keep your camera handy so you can post up your smoke projects.

Welcome, and you definitely found the right place, it's full of the most knowledgeable smoking folks I seen. No question goes unanswered. Look forward to seeing how you like the Lang and seeing future smokes.
