new to the forum

    Hello all,
    Just introducing Myself, my name is joey im originally from Maine but now live in wny. Im 25 and Ive been smoking meat for a few years now, all on a uds i built. Will probably Build a new one soon but that a little ways off

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

    I've done a few batches of pork belly. Getting a better flavor each time. Also been playing around with a heat shield in my drum. Might just be to cold here right now or I need to modify it the cooking rack doesn't get up to temp when with it
