Hi all, my name is Bill and I'm happy to be a part of your forum. I've been doin' the que for about 10 years now (basically since I got married) and have learned tons from forums like this one.

I have a little char-broil offset smoker that I've been using for the past couple of years, and it does exactly what I need it to, but I'm always holding out hope that I'll hit the lottery and can have a custom rig built the way I want it. But I digress.

I appreciate ya'll having me and I hope I can contribute to the forums over time. If you're interested, feel free to check out my lil blog site blackeyedpigz.com That's my personal piece of cyber-real estate all about food and fun. Nothing for sale, just my ramblings.

Thanks for the warm welcomes folks! I don't always remember to take the camera out to the smoker, but it is something I'm working on. I'll be sure to post results of whatever hunk of meat I throw out there to share here.
