Hey guys my name is Dave from little Rhode island, I've been smoking for 3 years now on a brinkmann 30 inch vertical propane smoker. It's great for starting but looking for more of a challenge now I'm interested in finding an offset smoker any tips or suggestions please share. Look forward to talking to everyone.
