New to the forum from Mid Hudson Valley in NY

Catskilltrikker AKA Joe from Highland NY home of the Walkway over the Hudson.Smoking experience is limited but mostly successful. Most of which has been on a vertical water type smoker or offset smoker using charcoal although I did use an electric box smoker for some bacon and fish. Found this site looking for information on pellet smokers and it looks like I found a site that can give much more than I will ever need. Still not sure if I will go with pellet stove or a ceramic grill.
