New to smoking

Hi all.  J here from Western Maryland.  I've been wanting to get a smoker for a while, and just ordered my first one today, thanks to Amazon's prime day deal on the 20076716 MES30.  My wife isn't thrilled about another toy out back, but I think if I can get some good food out of it, she'll come around.  I'm looking forward to smoking some ribs, pork butts, and anything I can fit in this thing!   I'm already looking at the AMNPS and maybe a mailbox setup, but I'll give it a shot as is first.
