Good day to everyone,

My name is John,  I just purchased a MES 30 and a Butterball turkey fryer for Christmas. I am using my smoker for the first time today with a pork loin.  I am very excited to start my new experiences with smoking and frying.  I was browsing this forum for ideas and tips on smoking and found a bunch of great ideas so I decided I should join so I can learn and share experiences as well. HAPPY SMOKING !!!.

Welcome to the forum.  The search bar at the top of the page is a great resource,  Have a question/problem just search it.  Watch the internal temps on your loin so you don't over cook it.
