Hello fellow meat lovers! My name is Dan. I'm a huge fan of anything "meaty"! I am new to the whole smoking thing. In fact, I'm still shopping around for my first smoker. I am convinced that an electric smoker is the way I want/need to go, but am trying to decide which model.
