New to smoking meat forum

Hi everyone im Lori and my husbands Harry. we came across this site while looking for some tips on smoking ribs . we are from Breckenridge Michigan and my son bought my husband a charcoal smoker for his birthday and he loves it ,this site has already helped with many of his questions he's made pineapple stuffed with porkloin wrapped in bacon,chicken,porkloin roasts ,and the best ribs ever thanks to your tips :) look forward to sharing and learning with you !

    Welcome from SC, Lori and Harry. I'm glad you're here and have found some tips already. There are lots of folks who are eager to share ideas, tips, recipes or anything else that you may need.
