New to smoking in WI

Hi all, Steve from Wisconsin here. I just picked up a Masterbuilt 30" ES to try my hand at smoking. I am a complete noob when it comes to smoking, so a lot to learn. I have been processing my own venison for a number of years and wanted to try and make my own summer sausage. Just completed my first batch today. Seems to have come out alright. Looking forward to learning a lot from the rest of you.

I just joined. I'm also in WI, fox valley area. Love smoked food. Just did a 16 hour brisket the other day. Good stuff.
