We just bought the small propane Smoke Hollow from Bi-Mart. Mostly so we didn't have to keep paying the high price for Teriyaki Smoked Tuna from our local fish market. So far we have smoked some tuna, turned out decent. Now we are smoking cream to make smoked honey dark chocolate mint ice cream. My whole family is super excited for the smoker and, as you all know, now my list of items to smoke keeps getting bigger. Happy to be part of the SMF community and have a smokey Labor Day!!
