Hello all my name is Kane and I'm 26 years old. I live in North Carolina about 1 hour from Charlotte. I'm fairly new to smoking (just got my Master Forge Electric Smoker this past September) but I am already hooked. Have been experimenting with all different types of meats and have had some great success, and of course some failures. I have been cooking for years and I always love the chance to get outdoors so smoking and grilling are by far some of my favorite pass times.
