New to site....Up here in North Dakota

Hello. New to the site and already picked up some great information. Got the invite from MossyMo. Mossy, the turkey turned out amazing. Anyway, I am up here in North Dakota (Darn cold today). I just purchased an electric smoker (Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse) and already am in LOVE with smoking. I'm VERY, VERY new to smoking so anything you can share would be awesome.

Served 4 years in the USMC (Semper Fi)

Stringerfull - welcome! I just joined in the last week, and I can assure you, this is a singularly unique community. Ask a question - any question, and you'll get answers you and use.

I spent 3 years in ND - Minot AFB. Originally from Eastern Montana, I was somewhat familiar with real winter, and made the best of my time there. Minot was our favorite assignment during my 21 years on active duty. Best hunting and fishing of any place we've lived. Haven't lived any place cold enough to enjoy ice fishing since!
