Been grilling/ Smoking seriously for a few years. Have been using your site to research converting my New Braunfels Bandera smoker into an electric model via adding a heating element to the bottom of the cooking chamber. This will still allow me to use the original firebox for conventional charcoal/wood smoking. Just wondering if anyone has attempted this before with this model smoker.
