Just got a Master Built from my kids, so I imagine they will be wanting me to smoke something for them and about all I know is how to get the door open and that it has to be plugged in !!

I'm an ole Vet who lives on Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri ...

No "cook book" came with the smoker so any hints for this newbie will be apreciated...
