Hello to all. I am semi new to smoking but have been having some success at it. I look forward to trying and testing all the new techniques I will be experimenting with. I am from a small town in Minnesota about 60 miles or so east of Fargo, ND. I purchased a 30" electric Smoke Hollow smoker in March and have been having a ton of fun using it. I love to cook and try new recipes. I found this sight from Jeff's book "Smoking Meat", and I am very glad I purchased it. I look forward to being a member here. Have a great Sunday everyone!!!

Here is just a bit of New Member information....just a little FYI. If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do. Some of the rules are new and others need to be read by all members.  Most are just pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums. Off site links are not allowed here at SMF per Jeff (The Owner of SMF) in Rule #11.

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!
