While assembling your smoker, by sure and note down the serial # that should be on a white label on the back of the cabinet, along with your model #. If you ever call customer service 1-800-668-5323, they'll require the serial # and model # for warranty purposes. Another contact source is www.cfmcustomercare.com

My GOSM is still in "Mod Mode", but it's keeping me busy along with the "Honey Do" list.
