Hello to y'all I'm new to the smoking game. So new I've never done it but I'm eager to try. I have an old smoker, inherited from my parents. As far as I remember it's only been used twice. It's an upright about 3 ft. tall. I not sure how to use it, so if anyone can throw me some tips, it would be helpful. I'm from northeast Indiana. We're not known for our smoking skills or I haven't heard of any but I do have years of grilling experience. I use either of four home-made grills my uncle and I built from oil tanks, the smallest being a 250 gl. tank. But I'm going to try my first pork butt Sunday. I'll let you know how it turned out.
