    Hello

    I live in Coshocton county Ohio.  

    I have recently purchased an electric Cajun electric smoker and will soon fire it up.I joined the forum hoping to learn a little about how long to smoke different meats.

    Welcome!  Smoking meats is more temp then time, Internal temperature will let you know when it's done.
