Hello all! My name is Mike and I have to say this forum is truly an incredible tool. I began smoking this past fall (Oct 15') and have been incredibly impressed with the wealth of knowledge and experience everyone contributes. I have a 40" Bluetooth MES and use the AMNPS pellet tray in conjunction with the Maverick 733 temp gauge. I have definitely had some issues with the temp swings in the mes 40 but the 733 seems to be spot on. To be honest, with the info everyone posts into this forum I haven't had many opportunities to learn from mistakes! There's so much experience out there and you've all seemed to cover the "do's and dont's". So in closing, I want to thank all of you for the info you've posted. I'll be posting some of my smoked pics in the near future. Thanks
