    Mornin! Tom from Manchester, Nj here. I m new to the forum and new to Smokin. Season and seAled up my chargriller offset last weekend. First thing smoked was some chicken
    Jerk rub smoked with Pimento wood! Came out awesome. Only thing i would
    Do different
    Maybe take skin off

    Welcome Tom! Seems like you're off to a good start. We have experts here in pretty much everything food related so don't be afraid to ask questions. Make sure you take pics of your Q so we can all drool over. Relax and enjoy the smoke!

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
