My name is Matt, i am from Nashville, TN. I have been cooking ever since i was 18 for restaurants and for my family and friends. About a year ago i got big into BBQ. I have spent about a year and half reading into books and ways to BBQ and smoke correctly. Last year i made all my own BBQ sauces and rubs from scratch and it was a big hit with friends and family. I currently enjoy making North Carolina style pork BBQ with a tomato based sauce. My friends love a Jerk pork i smoke with a spicy mustard sauce for sandwiches. I have not tried ribs or brisket yet, but i plan to soon. I ran across this forum after a few google searches. With the kickoff of memorial day coming up i will be on here more.
Also, FYI, yes i am into graphics and do them on a regular basis so the name suites.
