Hello All,
I have been lurking in this forum for a couple of years now and finally decided to join. I have had a Brinkman electric smoker for several years and have made some very good smoked meats with it. I have wanted to upgrade to a better smoker for a couple of years and have been painstakingly scouring these forums (and the web) for advice on which smoker to get. I have it narrowed down to either the GOSM "Big Block" propane smoker or the Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker with viewing window from Sams Club. This is where I need some help/advice. I have been waffling between the two and can't decide. I like the ease of the MES 40 and will probably also buy an A-Maze-N smoker to go along with it. I also like the width of the Big Block for laying out racks of ribs.
Any recommedations, advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to posting Qview from whichever smoker I end up with.
Thanks,
Paul
