New in Wellsville Utah

  1. Hi. My name is Wally and I recently got a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24. Have done ribs and a brisket and they turned out ok. Not really as tender as I would have liked. Getting set up to put a turkey on early tomorrow morning.
