Well here I am in beautiful Berea, Ky just finished putting together a Charbroil CB600X, and realised that I really didn't have a clue as where to start on this whole meat smoking deal. I have smoked a couple of turkey breast on the Kenmore 3 burner in the past, and they turned out pretty well, but I didn't even know this thing was called a verticle water smoker until about an hour ago when I stumbled on this site. I think I've come to the right place. So I registered and here I am fresh as the first rose of spring and ready to learn. Please be gentle.
