  1. Hi I'm William! I'm new to the forum and new to cooking with a smoker! Im very excited to use my offset horizontal smoker bbq this weekend! I just got it last weekend but finally got a weekend off to try out the whole new world of flavor!

  3. Maybe chicken breast and/or a beef roast. Lol. I'm not sure yet. I know my wife wants samon too. Last weekend we did ribs but I used charcoal and the gas. I didn't have time to figure out how to get started with smoker nor did I have 8+ hours to cook. Lol

    Nice, if we can be of help just let us know ! Great bunch of folks here that like to help each other out ! When ya get a chance, for appetizers try some ABT's... They are freakin awesome !

    Welcome to the board, William! I'm running an offset, too. They have a lot of potential but they're also fussy. You'll have to get some of those steam locomotive fireman's overalls and cap, and the loading shovel.
