well i would like to start off by saying hello to all. my name is mark and i live just south of greenville,sc.. born and raised in new york city and am a disabled vet. i just got my first mes today and am looking forward to using it this weekend, just waiting for my a-maze-n to arrive. the model i got is a 20072514 purchased from qvc, seems to be a gen1 with control in the rear on top. guess i'll be going to homedepot tomorrow to get some wood to build a stand as it's just to low sitting. been smoking for about 8 years and my big black box gave out last weekend, so guess i'll fix it and give it to one of the kids. so hello again and looking forward to many happy weekends of smoke and learning from you guys.

In the link above I have a small box to keep my smoker up a little,the top of the box has a big whole so I can put a big disposable pan into catch drippings. here is a sausage rack that is easy to make.
