My name is nick I'm new to the forum and to smoking. I love to barbecue and make food thats always been a passion along with cars. I just recently bought a 30" master built smoker i did a couple of chickens and a turkey both turned out really good and moist. Im doing a brisket for christmas dinner with a couple BBQ tri tips ill post that after they are all done.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
