I live in West Tennessee, formerly from Whittier, Ca. I have a Chargriller duo I have modified, I extended and moved the vent to the right above the SFB. Added a baffle to make it a reverse flow smoker. I am waiting to build a better smoker, so for now that is all I got. My Dad and I used to cook for parties, bars, the VFW just about anywhere. Lately it is just large get togethers I cook for. But I will fire it up to smoke some burgers too! I was searching on the net for sealing ideas and I came across this forum.
