As I say new here hope this helps me. Have had a chance to look thru things and you'll seem very nice. I bought a cheap ole Brinkmann to start with and things seem to be going ok so far. Liked the article bout the upgrades I just gotta get more holes in the fire pan I'd guess since I can't control the heat all that well---gets too hot at times--- but have been able to cook ok with it so far. I've been able to use some recipes for rubs and stuff so I hope I will be welcomed here as you all seem very nice. As I am so new to this side of smokin always did the basic bbq before but I enjoy the smoking and the flavor. Happy to be here hope ya'll be able to help if I got ??????????????'s.
