New here longtime smoker

I'm John from northeast, md.I've been been smoking little over ten years in a royal oak electric smoker. Just ordered the masterbuilt 30 but on backorder. Been using a walmart hotplate in royal oak, heating element died. I'm 40 years old, married 3 teens, my forte is whole pig shoulder and venison summer sausage
