So far i have smoked a few hams, and a full brisket. I am smoking a full pork loin tomorrow for dinner with the in-laws.

My brother in-law and i have a friendly competition going with our smoking talents. So far i am up on him for doing the brisket, he has only smoked hams.

I am always looking for some pointers and advice from seasoned smokers.

Right now i am using a char griller duo grill with the add on side fire box. I am looking to do away with gas and get a full offset smoker. The oklahoma joe highland is on my research list.

I edit my picture size on my computer to 640 X 480 pixels then upload them to a photo host site,  (I use photobucket), then click on the direct link promt for the picture I want,  (Which copies it to my iMac), then paste that link to the image app on this site.

Well;  I wrote all that out and then thought to do a search for posting pics on the site.  Here's some reading material for you.  Hope this helps some.

Congratulations on the new smoker, but Mothers day is a whole week away.
