    Hey my name is Logan Clark from Chandlerville Illinois.

    I am 23  and just got my first smoker that I won at a Ducks Unlimited Event and am excited to try it out tomorrow.

    I have 2 10 pounds pork loins I was going to smoke and I was wondering how long, how hot, and should I quarter each one or cut it down into so many pieces.

    Welcome from SC, Logan. It's good to have you on this great site. Click on the forums tab at the top of the page and go down to the smoking meats section. You will find a lot of information on pork loins.
