Hi and merry Christmas everyone. I love to smoke meat. I do a lot if pull pork. I have a ele smoker now. Use to have a homemade smoker. It was great. I smoke anytime I can. I live in Paris Ky. I like to smoke with cherry wood I'm looking to get on a team to see how thing work.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
