I just got an Oklahoma Joe Longhorn the other day from Lowe's, so I've been perusing this forum for any tips. I had been using a Smokenator on my Weber grill and decided to move up to at least the minor leagues. So far I've made a coal basket, extended the exhaust and filled the gap in the exhaust with steel wool. I'm currently seasoning the grill, looking for leaks and watching temps. I'll seal up the doors tomorrow, I was just too excited to fire it up. Anyway, I've already gotten some good advice off here, so thanks for that.
