Greetings from Albuquerque NM, I bought a WSM 18 1/2 last weekend and am a couple hours away from finishing a pork butt I started this morning. This is the second cook I've done on it, Made some baby back ribs last sunday that turned out pretty good. I have been smoking on a Weber kettle for the last couple years, but very excited to have the WSM in my arsenal now. Besides the Weber Kettle, I also have a Kenmore gas grill, and a Disk-it. Looking forward to many great dinners thanks to the articles and advice!
