new guy

  1. Hey everyone just found this site this morning... Wish i woulf have found it a long time ago i have 2 smokers one is a coleman chimney charcoal and a new masterbuilt 2 door propane... Hope to learn alot from you all and share what i have learned as well

    If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums and some guidelines of how to interact within the forums.   12. 3rd time ive done chicken first with propane tho... Turned out juicy and perfect as usual 250 for 7hrs

  15. We shread the chicken for later dinners.. goes real well with homemade alfredo
     

  16. Pork was finished to a IT of 201* mopped it with dr pepper and covered in foil at 160 uncovered at 190
