Tidbit about me...

I know several people on this site and they have informed me that this is THE place to get help with my smoker build.  I look forward to the advice!

A native of Oklahoma, I moved to beautiful South Louisiana a little over 8 years ago.  I've never looked back.  Came here as a welder and in the last couple of years, I've gone back to my collision repair roots.  I LOVE cars!...Wrecked ones that is!  LOL

As far as my experience as a smoker, I'd put myself as a novice really.  On a 1-10 scale, I'd say I'm in the 4-6 range.  It's something that I love to do and, I can't wait to have my new smoker done!  It's gonna be a big one by my standards/needs but, the bigger, the better...Right?!

I look forward to hearing what you guys have to offer here!
