My name is chad and I live in ohio. I have been smoking for a few years using just electric smokers. I just started a new build and posted some pictures and info on the other board. I am attempting to modify a commercial double door stainless steel fridge into a propane and electric smoker.it's also mounted on a trailer to make it mobile.

Hey Chad, I am new here to forum also, but I am not new to smoking.  Welcome, and hope to see you around the forum.  I have an All Seasons smoker that I have converted to a gasser, and a propane Weston 48 that I have modded also.

Welcome to the group. I've only been on here for a couple months, but have been smoking meats for years. Wish I know of this site years ago. Would have helped a lot. I have never seen anyone negative or rude to others on have, which I like. Everyone here is very willing to help others to do what we all enjoy and look for. Good Q. Good luck and keep smoking.
