Hey everybody, My name is Brian but all my friends call me Bubba. I love to grill and am looking forward to getting into smoking. I am hoping all my birthday hints have paid off....(birthday is Monday) and will have a smoker or better yet a Gift card to pick out the one I want. I am a Medic and Nurse from NC. I have a great wife, 2 wonderful boys and a new baby on the way(find out the sex next week). Also loving teaching my oldest son(11 years) about grilling and cooking in general.

Well, went to Basspro tonight. I went with the 40. I think the benefits of it outweigh the minimal heat loss of not having the second door. Plus it is on sale for less that the 2 door 30.....Gonna season it tomorrow. Busy work week coming up but gonna try to get a chicken on there next week.
