Hello everyone. Very nice community you have here! I have been reading for a little while.

I am new to smoking, a friend just got himself a gas smoker and we have experimented with it... Pretty good results but the better will come with time.

I also just built myself a DIY electric smoker. I am happy with the result of the build but i am having some problems. I'll post that in it's own topic to gather advice.

Glad to have joined. Please see my post on my DIY build.

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Please go check it out and give advice. I wasnt really expecting it to work flawlessly right off the bat. I am a tinkerer, so this is all fun for me.
